The postgraduate doctoral study may be enrolled by a person who:

• has completed an appropriate teaching university graduate study or an integrated undergraduate and graduate university study and attained at least 300 ECTS credits
• has completed a similar graduate level university study programme in social sciences (information and communication sciences, sociology, psychology, pedagogy, education-rehabilitation sciences, speech and language pathology, kinesiology, interdisciplinary social sciences), humanities (phylosophy, theology, philology, history, history of art, science of art, archaeology, ethnology and anthropology, religion sciences, interdisciplinary humanistic sciences), art, interdisciplinary and other scientific areas and attained at least 300 ECTS
• has obtained qualifications after completing study programmes before the 2005/2006 academic year. The right to enrollment is held by applicants meeting the aforementioned conditions with the lowest average grade of 3.5 at the graduate study. In case of a lower average grade, the applicant has to submit two university professors' recommendations

The choice among applicants for the enrollemnt to the study is done through a selection procedure before the Enrollment Committee, and the evaluation elements and criteria are: success on the former level of higher education, shown interest in scientific research, published papers and research suggestion.
