Anticipated learning outcomes of the programme and competencies acquired upon completion of the programme
After completing the bridging programme, the candidate is expected to be able to:
- Use modern theories of preschool education in solving specific pedagogical problems
- Integrate anthropological, pedagogical, psychological, cultural, sociological and other knowledge about modern childhood into educational work
- Plan, implement and document the curriculum of the group in accordance with the needs and interests of the children
- Organize space and a stimulating environment for play and learning for children of early and preschool age
- Design and create structured and unstructured didactic materials for educational work
- Implement and evaluate activities to meet educational needs in the kinesiological, artistic, language-communication and research-cognitive fields
- Document, analyse and evaluate the elements of the educational process in a preschool institution
- Establish and implement cooperation with parents, other educators, experts from various fields and representatives of the local and wider community.
