The Faculty of Educational Sciences at the 21st Mate Demarin Days in Petrinja

On Thursday 5th June 2025, the Dean of the Faculty of Educational Sciences, dr. Ivana Paula Gortan-Carlin, full professor, participated in the opening ceremony of the international scientific and professional conference 21st Mate Demarin Days, which was held at the Faculty of Teacher Education in Zagreb - Department in Petrinja. The plenary lecture entitled Bridges of Understanding in Contemporary Society: Different Perceptions of the Education of Children and Youth with Behavioral Problems was held by dr. Mirjana Radetić-Paić, full professor, while dr. Alen Tafra, assistant professor, and dr. Marina Diković, associate professor, in co-authorship with Luana Kosanović, a student of the Doctoral Study New Educational Paradigms, also presented their papers. The conference provided an excellent opportunity for the exchange of scientific and professional opinions and the sharing of knowledge and experiences among domestic and international experts in the field of education. Next year's Mate Demarin Days will be held at our Faculty.
