Field trip in Trieste

Students of the third year of Early and Preschool Education and the fourth and fifth year of the University integrated undergraduate and graduate Teacher Study visited the Immaginario Scientifico - Museo della Scienza in Trieste on 28 January 2025. Thematic research areas related to motion, electrostatics, magnetism and electromagnetism, sounds, lights and shadows, mirrors and reflections, mathematics and logic, biology and perception.  The visit was organized as part of the subject courses Environmental Methodology and Basic Mathematical Concepts 2, Mathematical Methodology 2 and Theory of Preschool Education, and was carried out by associate professor dr. Sandra Kadum, assistant professor dr. Danijela Blanuša Trošelj, assistant professor dr. Breza Žižović, dr. Branka Antunović and Tamara Brussich. The students had the opportunity to get to know the planetarium and laboratory spaces for the discovery of natural phenomena, the most innovative applications of science and research activities of the institutions of the scientific system of the city of Trieste, and after the tour they participated in creative workshops.
