The first meeting of the Erasmus + ELITE-AI project was held in Braşov, Romania

The first international meeting of the Erasmus + project Empowering Specialized Language Acquisition with Integrated AI (ELITE-AI) was held in the city of Braşov, Romania, from17 to 19 October 2024. The Transylvania University of Braşov is the leader of the project, while the meeting was also attended by universities from partner countries - the University of Maribor (SLO), the University of Udine (I) and the Faculty of Educational Sciences of the Jurja Dobrila University of Pula.

Besides the fact that the meeting laid the foundation for work on the project and the individual tasks that each institution must fulfill, it was an opportunity for the members of the project teams to get to know each other better and to connect more easily in the future in order to fulfill the set goals as efficiently as possible.

In addition to the work part of the project, the hosts introduced the partners to the most valuable destinations in the region of Translyvania, and among the most famous is the Bran Castle, known for the fact that Vlad III of Wallachia, the role model for the Irish writer Bram Stoker in creating the main character of his novel Dracula from 1897, lived there.
