On Tuesday 8 October 2024, a Welcome Day was held for foreign Erasmus students who will be staying at the Jurja Dobrila University of Pula this winter semester - including our Faculty. This year, the venue of the event was the Cafe area in the Student Dorm. The event was organized by the Office for Partnerships and Projects, and was led by expert associate Alisa Tešić. After they were extended welcome and given basic information about the city and the University, the students were introduced to the administrative procedure at our University and provided with the necessary information related to their stay in a foreign country. After the presentation of the Office for Students, ECTS coordinators from various constituents of the University introduced themselves, and the ECTS coordinator associate professor dr. Alen Tafra briefly addressed the students on behalf of the Faculty of Educational Sciences.. After the students were presented with the possibilities of using the libraries at the University, the local students took the visiting students on a tour of the Campus and the city.
This winter semester, the following Erasmus+ students will study at the Faculty of Educational Sciences: Rogelio Cirera Aparicio (Universidad de Almeria), Beatriz Orta Fernández (Universidad de Sevilla), Lidia Ruiz Cuesta (Universidad de Sevilla) - all from Spain - as well as Joshua Grünhagen (Universität Vechta) from Germany.
