Erasmus Internship Opportunity at the Faculty of Economics and Tourism Pula

The internship takes place in a dynamic international and academic environment located in the city centre, providing students with an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience while actively contributing to the daily operations and visibility of the Faculty.

Interns will work closely with the Dean and Vice-Deans, the Projects Department, and both academic and administrative staff. Their activities will include supporting the promotion of Faculty activities, EU-funded projects, and study programmes, managing and creating content for social media channels, and assisting in the organisation and promotion of academic and public events.

A strong focus of the internship is placed on international cooperation. Interns will support communication with international partners and institutions, assist in international projects and initiatives, and contribute to activities aimed at strengthening the Faculty’s international presence and engagement.

In addition to communication and promotional tasks, interns will also be involved in administrative and organisational support, including assistance with documentation, correspondence, data organisation, reporting, and operational support for projects and events.

The internship is offered on a part-time basis (up to 24 hours per week), with a duration ranging from 2 to 12 months. Interns will benefit from assistance with accommodation, a student X-card for subsidised meals, and the opportunity to work in a supportive, international academic environment at a Faculty located in the city centre.
