As part of the SMART-Langlands research project, funded by the Croatian Science Foundation (HRZZ) and executed at our university, the conference The Quest for the Hidden Simplicity of Noncommutative Harmonic Analysis and Representation Theory, will be held at the Faculty of Science, University of Zagreb in the week June 24 - 28, 2024. It is the conference celebrating the 70th birthday of Marko Tadić , who is one of the collaborators on the project and one of the most distinguished contemporary Croatian mathematicians. "Career Acknowledgment for Research (Manager) Delivering for the European Area - CARDEA" is a project funded by the Horizon Europe program , which brings together an eminent international partnership consortium. This is a call within the European Research Area with the aim of maximizing the impact of European Union research and innovation funding (HORIZON-WIDERA-2021-ERA-01-20). The consortium is led by the University of Cork (Ireland) and the total value of the project is 1,498,312.00 EUR; and the Juraj Dobrila University in Pula participates with 164,875.00 EUR. The project lasts for four years, the project manager for the University is Ivona Peternel , PhD.

The Office for Partnership and Projects of the Juraj Dobrila Universityof Pula held a Welcome day in live, but due to the COVID19 situation in two terms on October 8, 2021. and October 12, 2021. for Erasmus students who came to the University of Pula in the winter semester and several students for the whole academic year 2021/2022.

Erasmus + project "Cell Biology...
The Agency for Mobility and European Union Programs has approved funding for the project "Cell Biology and Art Class Omnibus - (CACAO)" led by the University of Juraj Dobrila in Pula. The project was approved within the key activities 220, Cooperation partnerships in the field of education and general education in the amount of EUR 261.546,00 EUR. The project partners are Universidad Pompeu Fabra (Spain), Musica, Impulscentrum voor Muziek (Belgium), Petar Pan Kindergarten (Zagreb), Embassy International School Sp. Zoo. (Poland), Il Girotondo coop socaile srl (Italy) and fabula movens d.o.o. (Croatia).

A presentation of 3D models for blind and partially sighted people was held in the Pula amphitheater on December 3rd 2020 as part of the „3D and Virtual Reality Technologies for VET project“. The presentation, led by Assoc. Prof. Sven Maričić, general project manager, was attended by Assoc. Mirjana Radetić-Paić (Vice-Rector for Students, Educational Programs and Cooperation), prof. Marinko Škare (Vice-Rector for Research, Arts and Cooperation), Višnja Radunović Popović (Director of the School of Education), Daniela Panić (Medical School in Pula), Zlatko Kuftić (President of the Association for the Blind and Visually Impaired of Istria), Ph.D. Ivona Peternel (Head of the Office for Partnerships and Projects), Ines Pruginić, Jasmin Rami.

All Juraj Dobrila University of Pula students, from April 6, 2020, have the possibility to use Google Suite services and we are using them to receive and send e-mail, manage shared and personal calendars, for e-learning and group work. Student user accounts now have e-mail domain name "student.unipu.hr" and this e-mail service is used as an official communication channel within the University. Students are required to use it when contacting teachers and staff, as they are not required to take into account messages sent from other email addresses. All official notices will be delivered to the addresses of students on their e-mail @student.unipu.hr.
