Department for Science, Technology and Entrepreneurship coordinates and provides expert support for the development of scientific and research activities, innovation and technological development, as well as entrepreneurial activities at the University.

Juraj Dobrila University in Pula is currently in the process of obtaining the HRS4R logo, and to this end a "Declaration on Accession to the European Union for Researchers and the Code of Employment of Researchers" was signed and the following documentation were prepared: Gap analysis, Action Plan and OTMR-checklist.
Horizon Europe is the European Union's new six-year program (2021-2027) for innovation and research. The vision of the program is to achieve a sustainable, just and prosperous future for people and the planet based on European values.
