DESCRIPTION:

The aim of the course is to acquire competences to classify, interpret and analyze works of children s literature in English.
The content of the course:
1. Children s literature: Fantasy
2. Types of fantasy literature for children: history
3. Science fiction in children s literature
4. Nonfictional genres. Biographies, autobiographies.
5. Children s literature and visual arts. Comic books.
